Tracy started his own real estate brokerage in 2006. Over the years Tracy’s son Andrew and son-in-law Cody joined the team. We saw long-term investment opportunity in the Tri-Cities, WA area due to solid population and economic growth, so in 2021 we began developing multi-family properties.

Our goal is to find great sites, build at a high standard, and partner with great investors.
